Klassik am Meer @Wilhelmshaven
One of the most important forums for contemporary art with a supra-regional impact, the Kunsthalle Wilhelmshaven offers an ideal performance space for the musical avant-garde. In the autumn of 2025, artists of different generations will explore the shimmering cosmopolitan empire of mermaids in the exhibition Of Mermaids, Border Crossers and an Aesthetics of the Fluid. Inspired by this, Ensemble Recherche dives into flowing musical soundscapes with works such as John Cage’s Water Music and Toshio Hosokawa’s The Water of Lethe.
